cocomiddleeast.ae is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. 

At cocomiddleeast.ae we offer an EASY 15-DAYS RETURN policy. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items bought from cocomiddleeast.ae. 

Products purchased under any promotional offer or discounted schemes can be returned within 7 days.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 15 days from the date on which these goods are delivered. 

You may return merchandise to us in the following ways: 

Our merchandise is returnable in our store. You can also visit our store on 1st Floor, North Oval Court, Dubai Festival City Mall, Dubai, in United Arab Emirates, and return the merchandise in unused, saleable condition, along with the original sale invoice. We shall process the return subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ exchange / refund may not be possible. 

Note: We will not be able to accept returns which are not properly accompanied by the proper sales invoice. 

We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is 20.00 AED , which will be deducted from your refund.
If you have purchased as a registered user, you can request the return from the Returns section of your account.
If you have made a guest purchase, you can request it by accessing the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
Once you have made the return request, a carrier will pick up your package at the address of your choice within 48-72 hours.
You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is necessary to include a purchase receipt.

Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please confirm/ ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you think that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the merchandise, then refuse to take delivery of the package, and e-mail us at customercare@cocomiddleeast.ae mentioning your order reference number. We shall replace delivery is made to you at the earliest. 

If you return any merchandise which is delivered to you in damaged condition, we will refund the shipping charges for that merchandise, if we are not able to replace the merchandise. The replacement merchandise will be shipped at no additional charges.

Returns through courier collection:

You can return an item within 15-days of the purchase. Refunds for return requests will be processed within 7 working days upon receipt of the unused merchandise along with the original sales invoice. 

If a cancellation occurs, refunds for credit card payments will be credited back to the original credit card account used for the initial order. Please note that any delays in crediting the cardholder's account are beyond our control and are managed by the issuing bank. 

Modification of Terms and Conditions of Returns policy: 

cocomiddleeast.ae may at any time modify the User Agreement without any prior notification to you. Management decision of the cocomiddleeast.ae would be the final decision subsequent to any modification of the User Agreement. In the event the modified User Agreement is not acceptable to you, you should discontinue using the service. However, if you continue to use the service you shall be deemed to have agreed to accept and abide by the modified User Agreement.
