How do I place an order?
Browse our collection, add your favorite pieces to the cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be changed or cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us right away at customercare@cocomiddleeast.ae if you need help. -
Do I need an account to shop?
No, you can shop as a guest. But creating an account lets you track your orders, save favorites, and enjoy a faster checkout.

What is your return policy?
• Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of delivery.
• Sale items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Jewellery and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged. -
How do I return an item?
You can:
1. Return in person at our store – 1st Floor, North Oval Court, Dubai Festival City Mall.
2. We offer the option of returning your items using our home collection service. The cost of the return request is 20.00 AED , which will be deducted from your refund.
If you have purchased as a registered user, you can request the return from the Returns section of your account.
If you have made aguest purchase, you can request it by accessing the link that appears in any of the emails we sent you about your order.
Once you have made the return request, a carrier will pick up your package at the address of your choice within 24-48 hours.
You don't need to print any return label, the courier will bring it with them.
Bear in mind that this option is only available for online purchases.
It is necessary to include a purchase receipt. -
Do I have to pay for returns?
Returns within the UAE are at a charge of AED 20 which will be deducted from your refund amount.

How long does a refund take?
Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds are always issued to your original payment method.
Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates.

How much is the delivery fee?
• Orders above AED 250 enjoy free shipping.
• Orders below AED 250 have a flat fee of AED 25. -
When will my order arrive?
Delivery usually takes 3–5 working days. Some areas may take a little longer.

How do I track my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email and SMS with your tracking number (AWB).

What if I live in an out-of-service area?
Orders will be delivered to your nearest Aramex office. Additional charges may apply.
Returns & Exchanges

Can I exchange for a different item?
Exchanges are available for size or color of the same product, or for another product of equal or higher value.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
If you receive an item in damaged condition or different from what you ordered, contact us immediately at customercare@cocomiddleeast.ae. We’ll replace it or process a refund, including shipping charges.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, debit cards, and major digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay).

Are my payments secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted gateways.

Can I combine promo codes?
Promo codes cannot be combined. Only one code can be used per order, and they are not valid on sale items.
Products & Sizing

How do I find my size?
Every product page has a size guide. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some of our styles are limited, but you can sign up for back-in-stock notifications on the product page.

Are product colors accurate?
We do our best to display true colors, but variations may occur due to lighting or screen settings.
